Join us for a celebratory brunch of Korean-inspired temple cuisine as we pay homage to our Korean roots. We welcome you the idyllic studio of cermanicist, Young Mi Kim, who's unique pinch & coiled vessels will serve as the backdrop to an orchestrated brunch of the best produce that the Hudson River Valley has to offer. The vegan-friendly offerings will be lovingly created by Chef Sung Uni Lee - simple, elegant, energizing, grounding, gluten-free dishes, inspired by the tastes and techniques of traditional Korean home-cooking.
