Family Meal - Dealing with Diabetes

Supporting a family member that has diabetes can seem restrictive especially at meal time. Communing with your loved ones also increases a feeling of overall well-being with the immeasurable added benefit of eating foods that steady energy and vitality to the whole family.

This is a hands-on cooking class that will give you actual techniques and practices for creating a delicious meal that will motivate and inspire. You will be delighted to discover the wonderful health benefits of readily available ingredients to regulate blood sugar, support the pancreas, and produce insulin. Working at the experiential level, you will garner information which will help clear up any confusion around food choices. Knowledge is power!
